Great solution for reluctant homelearner..!

So - I had tried everything to get my 13 year old, dyslexic, boy to work at home independently. No joy. (Live lessons are also frustrating for him as he can’t keep up with the teacher so that is not the answer for us) Instead he now gets a topic pack everyday - which is the main body of his learning - plus I will do maths with him and some reading at some point in the day. Result! I get to carry on working from home and he just reads through the booklet, complete the cloze exercises and other tasks and we do the quiz after dinner. Joy!

Actually about KE3 biology cards

We didn't use our French: food and drink set as we found a Spanish tutor and my daughter has learnt Spanish instead but we regularly use the biology and chemistry KS3 cards and also the On the Map game. These make learning much easier for my dyslexic daughter and provide something at which she can excel. This, in turn, means that she wants to practice more and so improves. We are delighted with these products. Some Spanish cards would be really helpful!
